Who is allowed to supervise an ACT learner driver?

The answer

  • Any licensed driver, seated anywhere in the car
  • Only a full licence holder who is also over 30 years old
  • The holder of a full Australian driver licence, seated beside the learner Correct
  • Any provisional P2 driver aged over 21

Why that's the answer

Your supervisor must hold a full (not learner or provisional) Australian driver licence and must sit in the front seat beside you so they can monitor and assist your driving.
