Where the limit is over 80 km/h (or a Keep Left Unless Overtaking sign applies), you must keep out of the right lane except when overtaking, turning right, making a U-turn, avoiding an obstruction, or when the traffic in every lane is congested — the exceptions listed in rule 130.
