The answer

  • Sound your horn and pass
  • Overtake on the opposite side to the turn
  • Not overtake it while it is turning Correct
  • Overtake only if it has stopped

Why that's the answer

You must not overtake a vehicle displaying a DO NOT OVERTAKE TURNING VEHICLE sign while it is turning. Long vehicles swing wide and need more than one lane to get around a corner.
