I booked here because of the many 5-star reviews, but my experience was very disappointing. I already had over 100 hours of driving experience and only needed final practice before my test. The lessons were extremely stressful. I was constantly yelled at, which made me anxious and affected my confidence. Things I had been doing safely for a long time were suddenly treated as wrong, even when I was driving carefully. The instructions were often unclear and inconsistent. I was told one thing and then criticised for doing exactly that. There was little encouragement, even when I did things correctly. I also questioned some of the advice given during the lessons. Overall, I left feeling upset and discouraged rather than improved. I passed my mock test with zero mistakes at a challenging test centre, so I’m glad I trusted my own preparation. I would not recommend this instructor to anyone looking for a patient and supportive learning experience.
