The 25 km/h school zone limit in South Australia applies whenever a 'child' is present. Who counts as a child?

The answer

Only children under 12, during school hours
Anyone under 18, or a student in school uniform of any age, at any time of day Correct
Only children attending that school
Only primary school students

Why that's the answer

A child means anyone under 18, or a student wearing school uniform regardless of age. The 25 km/h limit applies whenever such a person is in the zone, including outside normal school hours.
