The answer

  • Move safely out of its path, such as by pulling over to the left, and give way Correct
  • Continue normally, since it can overtake you
  • Stop immediately where you are, even in the middle of the lane
  • Speed up to stay ahead of it

Why that's the answer

You must not move into the path of an emergency vehicle sounding a siren or flashing red or blue lights, and you must move out of its way to give it a clear, uninterrupted passage. Do so safely - do not brake suddenly in front of it.
